Extended Range


The Extended Range course teaches you how to safely conduct dives using air as a breathing gas down to 55m. You will learn how to plan dives using two decompression gases, as well as techniques for extending your dive time, more complex emergency skills and rescue scenarios.

  • Minimum age 18

  • Certified as a TDI Advanced Nitrox Diver and TDI Decompression Procedures Diver, or equivalent

  • Proof of a minimum of 100 logged dives, of which 25 must be deeper than 30 metres/100 feet

Course Prerequisites

  • A minimum of 7 dives must be conducted.

  • No dives should exceed 55 Metres.

  • In a twin set or sidemount configuration with two stage tanks.
